Mayorkas Claims Child Trafficking Is Outside DHS Responsibility, Acknowledges 400,000 Lost Children

Alejandro Mayorkas, the U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, stated that child trafficking at the border is not within the department's responsibilities.
