Hans Zimmer's score for 'Dune: Part Two' has been officially disqualified from consideration for the Academy Awards, as well as other major award ceremonies like the BAFTAs. This decision was confirmed by Variety, which noted that the score was not eligible for the BAFTA Awards, with the first round of voting having occurred on December 5.
