Three rockets were launched by Hamas from the northern Gaza Strip, with at least one impacting near the Erez Border Crossing, a major humanitarian aid crossing into Gaza, according to the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). The rocket fire followed the activation of sirens in the nearby town of Netiv Ha'asara. The IDF confirmed that one rocket fell in an open area near the Erez Crossing, while another rocket was reported to have struck the crossing itself. No injuries or major damage were reported from the incident. The rocket launches mark the ninth consecutive day of such attacks from Gaza, with a total of 20 rockets fired over the past nine days, 14 of which were launched from the northern part of the strip.
