Rudy Giuliani Held in Contempt Again for Defaming Georgia Workers Freeman and Moss After $148 Million Judgment
Jan 10, 2025, 09:35 PM
Rudy Giuliani was held in contempt of court for continuing to defame Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss after being ordered to stop. This is the second time this week that Giuliani has been found in contempt of court. U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell criticized Giuliani for violating the order and continuing to spread lies about Freeman and Moss following a $148 million defamation judgment against him. The judge admonished Giuliani, saying, "This takes real chutzpah, Mr. Giuliani." Giuliani owes $148 million to Freeman and Moss as a result of the defamation case.
