President Donald Trump's administration has rescinded an order freezing federal grants, loans, and other financial assistance less than two days after it was issued. The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) released a memo on Wednesday reversing the controversial directive, which had halted potentially trillions of dollars in federal spending and caused widespread confusion and legal challenges across the country.
