He noted that decisions made at the NATO summit in Washington and the Ramstein meetings regarding air defense for Ukraine have not been fully implemented. Ukrainian air defenses managed to down 60 out of 94 drones launched by Russia overnight. Ukraine has received 30,000 drones and US arms, but these are deemed insufficient against the ongoing Russian aggression.
