Arman Tsarukyan has withdrawn from his UFC 311 lightweight title fight against Islam Makhachev due to a back injury sustained during the final stages of his weight cut late last night. UFC President Dana White confirmed that Renato Moicano will step in as a replacement to face Makhachev for the lightweight championship at UFC 311 on Saturday. Moicano accepted the fight on just 24 hours' notice after both fighters successfully made weight. Opening odds have Makhachev as a -600 favorite and Moicano as a +440 underdog.
