The Biden Administration has announced a new $500 million military aid package for Ukraine, according to Secretary of State Antony Blinken. The package, which is the 72nd Presidential Drawdown Authority package, includes artillery munitions, drones, Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (c-UAS) munitions, ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS), and protective equipment for chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear environments. The Department of Defense confirmed that the aid will also comprise MRAPs (Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles), Humvees, and other unspecified light tactical vehicles.
