Disney and BBC Studios have announced a theatrical release of the first-ever animated 'Bluey' feature film, set to hit cinemas in 2027. Based on the hit Australian animated series that debuted in 2018, the CGI-animated film will continue the adventures of Bluey, the lovable and energetic Blue Heeler pup, along with her family. 'Bluey' became the most-watched series worldwide on Disney+ in 2024. Series creator Joe Brumm expressed enthusiasm for the project, stating he wants the film to be an experiential event for the whole family to enjoy together.
