Jean Smart has won her second Golden Globe for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Series, Musical or Comedy for her role as Deborah Vance in 'Hacks.' This marks her third nomination in the category, having previously won in 2022. The HBO series 'Hacks' also secured the Golden Globe for Best Television Series, Musical or Comedy, marking its second win in this category since 2022. In her acceptance speech, Smart humorously remarked, 'I never thought I’d be so happy to be called a hack.' She expressed gratitude towards the show's brilliant showrunners, Paul W. Downs, Lucia Aniello, and Jen Statsky, and the cast and crew, particularly co-star Hannah Einbinder. Smart also thanked Max and Universal for their support.
