Microsoft Launches Copilot Vision AI Preview for Edge, Rolling Out Today to Copilot Pro Subscribers
Dec 5, 2024, 05:09 PM
Microsoft has launched Copilot Vision, an AI feature in preview for the Microsoft Edge browser. This voice-enabled tool allows Copilot to read and analyze text and images on webpages, understand the context of users' online activities, and assist with navigation and insights in real time. Copilot Vision can see and navigate webpages, scan and analyze content, and engage in conversations with users based on what it observes. The feature is initially available to Copilot Pro subscribers in the United States and is rolling out today as part of Copilot Labs, an opt-in program for experimental AI capabilities. As an AI companion, Copilot Vision offers a new way to interact with web content by browsing alongside users.
