AnimeCoin Foundation and Azuki to Launch ANIME Token on Ethereum and Arbitrum January 23, 2025

The AnimeCoin Foundation, in collaboration with Azuki, is set to launch the ANIME token on January 23, 2025. The token, described as a 'culture coin,' will be available on Ethereum and Arbitrum networks and aims to build an open and decentralized anime universe, aligning incentives between creators and fans. The total supply of ANIME tokens will be 10 billion, with nearly 77% unlocked immediately upon launch. Over 50% of the tokens are allocated to the Web3 community, with the Azuki community receiving the largest share at 37.5%. This allocation extends to holders of Azuki, Azuki Elementals, and BEANZ Official NFTs. Additional allocations include 24.44% for domain expansion efforts, 15.62% for the team and advisors, 13% for community cultivation, 7.44% for the Azuki company, and 2% for partner communities. The token will be available for trading on major exchanges such as OKX, Bybit, and Binance upon launch.
