The ETP is set to be domiciled in Switzerland and will mark BlackRock's first crypto-linked product outside of the United States. The move follows the success of BlackRock's $58 billion Bitcoin ETF in the US. The firm plans to begin marketing the European ETP as early as this month, potentially reaching 1 billion people in Europe.
