Iran's Army to Receive 1,000 Homegrown Smart Drones, IRGC Unveils New Rezvan Suicide Drone

Iran's military is set to enhance its capabilities with the addition of 1,000 new strategic drones to the Army's fleet, designed and produced in collaboration with the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics. These drones, featuring smart features, are expected to join the Army in the coming days. Additionally, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Ground Force has introduced a new loitering munition named the 'Rezvan,' a homegrown suicide drone with a range of 20 kilometers and a flight endurance of 20 minutes. The Rezvan drone, which boasts long-range, precision, intelligence, and network orientation capabilities, was unveiled and operationalized during the Payambar-e Azam (The Great Prophet) 19 military exercise, enhancing the IRGC's ground forces, particularly in mountainous terrains.
