Ukraine Bolsters Air Defense with Six More F-16 Jets from Denmark

Ukraine has received a second batch of six F-16 fighter jets from Denmark, as announced by President Volodymyr Zelensky. The delivery of these jets further strengthens Ukraine's air defense capabilities. The first batch of Danish-supplied F-16s has already been used to intercept Russian missiles, protecting Ukrainian citizens and infrastructure. Zelensky highlighted Denmark's leadership in supporting Ukraine's defense efforts, stating, 'The Danish-provided jets from the first batch are already shooting down Russian missiles and saving our people, our infrastructure.
