SpaceX, Elon Musk's rocket and satellite company, has reached a valuation of approximately $350 billion following an agreement between the company and its investors to purchase up to $1.25 billion worth of common shares at $185 each, according to Bloomberg. This valuation positions SpaceX as the world's most valuable private company, surpassing previous records. Elon Musk's estimated net worth has also hit an all-time high of $442 billion, making him the first person in history to surpass the $400 billion mark.
