Assad Vows to Defeat Rebels, Flees to Moscow as Syrian Forces Rally to Retake Hama

Assad held a crucial meeting with military and security leaders in Damascus to prepare for defensive operations. He expressed to UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan that Syria is capable of eliminating terrorists with the help of allies. Meanwhile, reports indicate that Syrian government forces are rallying and preparing an assault to retake Hama, with troops entering the city and declaring allegiance to Assad.
