French President Emmanuel Macron has proposed Philippe Pascal, the current Chief Financial Officer of Groupe ADP, to replace Augustin de Romanet as the CEO of the company. Groupe ADP manages the Paris airports of Charles-de-Gaulle, Orly, and Le Bourget, which are 50.6% owned by the state. Pascal's nomination requires approval from both the National Assembly and the Senate, followed by validation in the Council of Ministers.
