Bolsonaro announced the invitation on social media and stated that his lawyer, Paulo Bueno, has requested the return of his passport from Supreme Federal Court Minister Alexandre de Moraes. The passport was seized by the Federal Police in February 2024 amid investigations into an alleged coup attempt.
