Six people were shot in a Bronx bodega on Monday afternoon, including a 12-year-old girl and her 40-year-old mother, who were used as human shields by the intended targets of the shooting. The incident occurred just before 5 p.m. on White Plains Road in the Gun Hill section of the Bronx.
