At Hosei University's Tama Campus in Machida, Tokyo, a 22-year-old female student was arrested on suspicion of assault after allegedly attacking students with a hammer during a class. The incident, reported around 4 p.m. on Friday, resulted in at least eight students being injured, with all victims conscious at the time of transport. The suspect, a woman in her 20s, reportedly confessed to the police that she used a hammer found at the school to vent her frustrations. The injuries included head bleeding among the students.
