Cindy Fabre Steps Down as Miss France Director After Three Years in Mutual Decision, Not to Be Replaced Immediately
Jan 22, 2025, 11:12 AM
Cindy Fabre, who won the Miss France title in 2005, has stepped down from her role as director of the Miss France pageant after three years. Fabre, who succeeded Sylvie Tellier in August 2022, announced her departure on Instagram, expressing her gratitude for the experience and her desire to pursue new projects. The decision to end her collaboration with the Miss France organization was mutual, according to a statement from the society. Frédéric Gilbert, President of the Miss France society, thanked Fabre for her contributions, noting that she ensured continuity and preserved the values of the pageant. Fabre was not an employee of the Miss France society but worked as a contractor alongside her role at Ema Events, an event management company based in Dijon. She will not be replaced immediately, as the society plans to reflect on the needs of the director's position over the next six months to a year.
