Dec 27, 2024, 02:30 AM
A 22-year-old pizza delivery driver in Florida, Brianna Yaslisette Alvelo, was arrested after allegedly stabbing a pregnant woman 14 times over a tip dispute on Sunday evening. The incident occurred at the Riviera Motel in Kissimmee, where Alvelo delivered a pizza to the victim, who tipped her $2 on a $33.10 order. Upset about the amount, Alvelo reportedly returned to the motel room with a masked male accomplice armed with a gun. She forced her way into the room and attacked the woman with a knife, stabbing her 14 times as the victim shielded her 5-year-old daughter. The victim suffered a ruptured lung and was transported to a hospital, where she is expected to recover. Alvelo was arrested and faces charges of attempted murder and kidnapping and is being held without bond. Authorities are searching for the male accomplice involved in the attack.
