Turkey Convinces Russia, Iran for Bloodless Assad Regime Collapse at Doha Summit

Fidan stated that these negotiations, which took place in Doha, convinced both countries not to intervene militarily in support of Assad. He emphasized that the regime was already very weak, and had it received support, the situation could have turned very bloody.
