Speaking on Thursday, Putin suggested that Western nations select a target in Kyiv and concentrate all their air and missile defense systems there, while Russia would launch the Oreshnik missile at the target. He asserted that the missile is impossible to intercept, stating, 'No one has a chance of shooting down the Oreshnik.' Putin emphasized that Russia is ready for such an experiment, describing it as a 'high-tech duel' that would showcase the missile's effectiveness against any U.S. missile defense system.
