On December 19, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) forces conducted a precision airstrike in Syria's Deir ez-Zor Province, killing ISIS leader Abu Yusif, also known as Mahmud, along with another ISIS operative, resulting in two ISIS operatives killed.
