President Joe Biden has approved student loan relief for more than 150,000 borrowers, bringing the total number of individuals helped under his administration to over five million. This latest round of forgiveness targets borrowers who attended schools that defrauded their students, those with total and permanent disabilities, and public service workers. The total amount of student debt relief provided by the Biden administration has now surpassed $183 billion.
