A New York judge has ordered President-elect Donald Trump to appear for sentencing at 9:30 a.m. on January 10 in the Manhattan hush money case, just ten days before his inauguration. Justice Juan Merchan denied Trump's motion to dismiss his conviction on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records related to hush money payments to a porn star.
