Dec 26, 2024, 04:00 AM
Russian air defense systems destroyed a total of 64 Ukrainian drones over multiple regions in recent nights, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense. On the night of December 25, 59 drones were downed, with 26 over the Belgorod region, 23 over the Voronezh region, and the remainder over other areas. The following night, an additional five drones were destroyed over the Volgograd, Voronezh, and Belgorod regions. Separately, Russian forces employed drone technology to target Ukrainian military assets, including the destruction of a Ukrainian tank in the Zaporozhye region using a two-drone method where the first drone created an opening in the tank's protective netting, and the second finished the job.
