The event is taking place inside the U.S. Capitol Rotunda due to cold weather, a historic move not seen since Ronald Reagan's second inauguration. Trump has indicated that his inaugural address will focus on themes of unity, strength, and fairness, calling for a 'revolution of common sense.' Biden, in a gesture of goodwill, has left a letter for Trump, continuing a tradition started by President Ronald Reagan.
