A mass grave containing the bodies of at least 100,000 individuals has been discovered near Damascus, Syria, following the recent collapse of the Assad regime. The grave, located in the Al-Qutayfah area, approximately 40 kilometers north of the capital, is believed to hold the remains of detainees, many of whom are thought to have been killed by the former government. Reports indicate that the grave includes bodies buried in layers, with evidence suggesting that some victims were tortured before their deaths.
