Actor and musician Jamie Foxx was injured during an altercation at Mr. Chow restaurant in Beverly Hills while celebrating his 57th birthday on Friday night. A glass was thrown from another table, hitting him in the mouth and requiring stitches. Foxx is currently recovering. Police were called to the scene and an assault report was filed, but Foxx had left before their arrival, and no arrests were made. The Beverly Hills Police Department is treating the incident as a physical altercation and is investigating. A spokesperson for the Oscar-winning actor confirmed the incident. Foxx later commented on social media, saying, 'The devil is busy.'
