An Azerbaijan Airlines Embraer 190 passenger plane flying from Baku to Grozny, Chechnya, Russia, crashed near Aktau Airport in Kazakhstan on Wednesday while attempting an emergency landing, according to Kazakhstan's Ministry of Emergency Situations.
