Jocelyn Wildenstein, a jet-set figure known as the 'Catwoman' due to her extensive cosmetic surgeries, has died at the age of 79 in Paris. Her partner, Lloyd Klein, confirmed her death to AFP, stating that she passed away from a pulmonary embolism in a Parisian palace. Wildenstein, who had 1.1 million followers on Instagram, was a prominent figure in the high society and was known for her numerous facial aesthetic interventions. Born Jocelyne Perisset in Lausanne, Switzerland, on September 7, 1945, she entered New York's high society after marrying art dealer Alec Wildenstein, with whom she had two children and retained his surname after their divorce in 1998.
