Two Supreme Court Judges Assassinated Outside Tehran's Palace of Justice; Attacker Commits Suicide

Two judges of Iran's Supreme Court were assassinated in a shooting outside the Palace of Justice near Park-e Shahr in Tehran on Saturday morning. The judges, identified as Hojatoleslam Mohammad Moghiseh and Hojatoleslam Ali Razini, were known for handling national security cases. A third judge, Judge Miri, and a security guard were injured in the attack, which occurred at approximately 10:45 a.m. local time. The assailant, reportedly a judiciary staff member using live ammunition, committed suicide immediately after the shooting. Iranian media describe the incident as a planned act of terrorism.
