Donald Trump is set to be sworn in today as the 47th President of the United States, marking his return to the White House after previously serving as the 45th president. He becomes the second U.S. president to serve two non-consecutive terms, following Grover Cleveland. Due to frigid winter weather in Washington, D.C., the inauguration ceremony has been moved indoors to the U.S. Capitol Rotunda, where Chief Justice John Roberts will administer the oath of office at 12 p.m. EST. On the eve of his inauguration, Trump hosted a 'Make America Great Again' victory rally in Washington, D.C., attended by thousands of supporters.
