The FBI has identified Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a 42-year-old U.S. citizen from Texas, as the suspect in a terror attack in New Orleans that resulted in the deaths of at least 10 people. An ISIS flag was discovered in Jabbar's rented Ford truck, which he used as a weapon during the attack. Additionally, the FBI reported that weapons and a potential improvised explosive device (IED) were found inside his vehicle.
