A 3.5 magnitude earthquake struck the South Pasadena area in Los Angeles on the morning of June 2, 2024. The earthquake, which occurred at 09:56 PDT, was centered approximately 2.49 miles south-southwest of South Pasadena, near the El Sereno neighborhood. The U.S. Geological Survey confirmed the quake, and it was felt across the greater Los Angeles area, including the San Gabriel Valley.
