Onsemi, a Scottsdale-based semiconductor manufacturer, has announced a significant multi-year investment of $2 billion to establish an end-to-end silicon carbide production facility in the Czech Republic. The new plant will be located in Roznov pod Radhostem and is part of Onsemi's strategy to expand its operations in Europe.
