They further allege that Combs is attempting to bribe potential witnesses. In response to these allegations, Combs' lawyers have accused federal prosecutors of violating his constitutional rights, stating that the seizure of his attorney-client privileged notes from his jail cell constitutes "outrageous government conduct." Combs' latest bail request includes a $50 million proposal, which prosecutors are opposing, citing these attempts to interfere with the case as reasons for him to remain in custody.
