A Bellevue man was arrested for attempting to ignite a tennis ball filled with 50 grams of explosive powder on Interstate 90. The 42-year-old suspect, identified as Soeung, was apprehended by Bellevue Police and is being held in King County Jail on $750,000 bail. The incident occurred on Saturday and was caught on video, which shows Soeung being tackled by an officer and ordered to drop the improvised explosive device.
