The United Arab Emirates has arrested three Uzbek nationals suspected of murdering Rabbi Zvi Kogan, an Israeli-Moldovan citizen and Chabad emissary. The suspects, identified as Olimbay Tohirovich (28), Mahmoud Jon Abd al-Rahim (28), and Azizet Kamalovich (33), were reportedly paid by the Islamic Republic in Iran to carry out the assassination.
