Yemen's Houthis Claim 'Palestine-2' Missile Hit Ben Gurion Airport, Causing Casualties, Halting Operations
Dec 27, 2024, 08:40 AM
Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi rebels have claimed responsibility for launching a hypersonic ballistic missile named "Palestine-2" at Israel's Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv, stating that the missile successfully reached its target despite enemy censorship, resulting in casualties and the suspension of operations at the airport. According to the group's military spokesperson, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the attack was in retaliation for Israeli airstrikes that took Sanaa's international airport out of commission.
