Unilever Sells Russian Business for €520 Million, Including Belarus Assets

Unilever has sold its Russian subsidiary to local manufacturer Arnest for €520 million, exiting the country more than two-and-a-half years after the invasion of Ukraine. The deal also includes assets worth approximately €600 million, including Unilever's business in Belarus, following approval by authorities in Moscow.
