Republican attorneys general have filed a complaint against Education Secretary Miguel Cardona, accusing him of flagrant violations of the Hatch Act. The complaint, filed by the attorneys general of Montana and Kansas, alleges that Cardona used his office to campaign against Republicans in official emails to student loan borrowers.
