Kim emphasized that North Korea will continue to bolster its nuclear forces, asserting that 'nothing will change' this policy. The missile test, described as an 'appropriate military activity,' was aimed at upgrading what North Korea calls the 'world's most powerful strategic weapon.' Additionally, there are concerns from Seoul that Pyongyang might receive missile technology from Russia in exchange for assistance in the war in Ukraine, according to KCNA.
