BlackRock Buys $742M Bitcoin, Holds 369,822 BTC Amid Market Dip

BlackRock has made significant investments in Bitcoin, purchasing $742 million worth of the cryptocurrency over the last 16 days, according to LookOnChain. This brings BlackRock's total Bitcoin holdings to over 369,822 BTC, valued at approximately $22.4 billion. Despite a market dip that saw Bitcoin fall below $60,000, causing over $53 million in long liquidations, BlackRock and Metaplanet have capitalized on the opportunity to increase their holdings. Metaplanet also invested another billion yen in Bitcoin during this period. Additionally, BlackRock sold 182 BTC.
