T-Mobile has announced a series of strategic partnerships aimed at advancing its technological capabilities and customer experience. The company has teamed up with OpenAI to develop IntentCX, an innovative intent-driven AI decision-making platform set to launch in 2025. IntentCX will utilize real-time data to understand customer intent and sentiment, offering personalized service and proactive engagement. Additionally, T-Mobile is collaborating with NVIDIA, Ericsson, and Nokia to transform telecommunications networks into AI-driven computing infrastructure. This includes the development of AI-RAN, powered by NVIDIA AI Aerial, which aims to optimize wireless networks and deliver new generative AI experiences. T-Mobile's CEO, Mike Sievert, highlighted the company's commitment to growth and technological innovation at the Capital Markets Day event, forecasting 12 million 5G broadband customers by 2028 and 12-15 million homes passed with fiber by 2030.
