Russia Deploys 3-Ton FAB-3000 M-54 Bomb on Ukraine

The Russian Ministry of Defense has released a video showcasing the installation and launch of a three-ton FAB-3000 M-54 aerial bomb equipped with a UMPK guidance kit by a Su-34 bomber aircraft. The FAB-3000 M54 bomb weighs 3,067 kg and carries a warhead of up to 1,400 kg. Upon detonation, it can create a crater at least 15 meters deep, with a blast radius of 46 meters and fragments dispersing up to 260 meters. Despite the advanced guidance system, there have been reports of inaccuracies in targeting. The bomb was deployed against Ukrainian targets, following earlier shelling of civilian areas with KAB-250 and FAB-500 bombs.
