U.S. Navy Strikes Houthi Facilities in Yemen from Red Sea to Counter Attacks on Israel

Truman Carrier Strike Group in the Red Sea, launched Tomahawk Land Attack Missiles (TLAMs) at Houthi command and control, weapon production, and storage facilities in Yemen on December 31. The strikes targeted Iranian-backed Houthi positions, including facilities in Sanaa and coastal areas under Houthi control. U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) released footage of the missile launches from the guided-missile destroyers USS Stout (DDG-55) and USS Jason Dunham (DDG-109).
